Ultimate Frisbee Wednesdays
Urban Rec Fraser Valley is pleased to offer coed adult Ultimate Frisbee leagues! Our Wednesday league will start on July 21, 2021. This fun and social league will give you the opportunity to get out and stay active with your friends this summer! We will also be running a league in the fall so stay tuned for registration for our fall ultimate league.
This coed league will be 7 on 7 and it will require a minimum of 2 of each sex on the field at all times. Games will emphasize fun and sportspersonship!
